Ngorongoro Lion’s Paw

Ngorongoro Lion’s Paw occupies a forested site on the eastern rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. The camp’s principal advantage is access: the operator places it around ten minutes from the crater entrance, supporting an early descent before traffic builds. Fifteen suites are distributed beneath the trees, including family and honeymoon options, and private balconies look towards the crater landscape. A lounge, bar and dining space form the social centre, with a swimming pool available between outings. The camp operates year-round and can support crater drives as well as arranged walks, cultural visits and private dining experiences. It suits travellers who prefer a compact tented property to a large lodge.
