1. Who we are

Zorani Expeditions Ltd (“Zorani”, “we”, “us”) is a specialist safari operator. These terms govern your use of our website and any services or journeys you book with us.

2. Bookings and deposits

A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation and receive the required deposit. Deposits are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy. The balance is due no later than 90 days before the journey departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation. We reserve the right to pass on unavoidable cost increases — for example, park fee changes imposed by national authorities — after confirmation, with written notice.

4. Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. The following charges apply from the date written cancellation is received:

• More than 90 days before departure: deposit forfeited
• 60–90 days before departure: 50% of total journey cost
• 30–59 days before departure: 75% of total journey cost
• Fewer than 30 days before departure: 100% of total journey cost

Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are non-refundable once issued regardless of cancellation timing.

5. Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance — including medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and curtailment cover — is a mandatory condition of booking. You must arrange your own policy before departure and provide details on request.

6. Health, fitness, and responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit for the activities included in your journey, obtaining required vaccinations, and complying with entry requirements of all countries visited. Safari activities carry inherent risk. We act as agents for in-country ground operators and are not liable for acts or omissions of those operators, accidents, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities.

7. Changes by Zorani

We reserve the right to make changes to confirmed itineraries where necessary due to safety, force majeure, acts of government, or circumstances beyond our control. Where a significant change is unavoidable we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives of equivalent value where possible.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, itineraries, and design — is owned by or licensed to Zorani Expeditions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without prior written consent.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
