About Mweya Safari Lodge

Mweya Safari Lodge occupies the Mweya Peninsula within Queen Elizabeth National Park, where the Kazinga Channel runs between Lakes George and Edward and the Rwenzori Mountains rise to the west. The position, rather than a boutique scale, is its defining strength: public spaces and guest accommodation look across the channel and surrounding park. The official inventory spans conventional rooms, four cottages and four tents, allowing different comfort levels within one property. Classic rooms have fans, while Deluxe and Superior rooms have air-conditioning; all published room categories include a coffee station and peninsula views. Mweya is a useful base for channel cruises and game drives across Queen Elizabeth National Park.
