Lake Natron Camp
About Lake Natron Camp
Lake Natron Camp is an adventure-led, low-impact base at Ngare Sero, between Lake Natron, the Rift Valley escarpment and Ol Doinyo Lengai. Its nine suites, including one family suite, stand on removable raised decks and use solar power, recycled-plastic furnishings and portable waste systems to reduce their footprint. Each has a porch, bedroom, en-suite shower and a private path to the spring-fed natural pool. The shared mess includes a bar, Wi-Fi and charging points, with wide views across the surrounding geology. Guided activities range from flamingo walks and hominid footprints to mountain biking, waterfalls, longer treks and the demanding ascent of Ol Doinyo Lengai.
