Lahia Tented Lodge

Lahia Tented Lodge occupies a hilltop in the Serengeti, looking across the central plains towards the Western Corridor. The 25-tent property is open throughout the year and uses its elevation to provide broad views from both the main building and guest accommodation. Tents stand on raised wooden platforms and include en-suite facilities, outdoor showers and private terraces. A family room comprises two interconnected bedrooms. The communal building contains lounges, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a swimming pool, with a campfire lit in the evenings. Grumeti Airstrip is the nearest stated flight access. Lahia works especially well where an itinerary needs a scenic permanent base between central and western Serengeti routes.
